Basements are scary in F.C. because of the water issues. Good luck with everything. We are excited to see the progress.
Congrats! What I wouldn't give to have even just a hole right about now... Our three bedroom condo seemed really big when we moved in, but somehow it has filled up and we need more space. Best of luck with the building plans. It will be a lot of stress, but all worth it in the end.
Is this a sign that you need to relocate the house to another part of the lot?!
